Should have hands on experience in Gathering & Analyzing the Business Requirements and provided the impact of the new flow.
Experience in testing high performance web applications
Experience in working in Agile projects and implementing test automation using Selenium - writing scripts (using Java)
Experience in integrating Selenium RC and TestNG
Should have experience in White box testing
Experience in E-commerce Domain is nice to have
Understand and document testing requirements, create and review test cases, execute and review test results, create and submit test reports to stake holders.
Experience of Open source performance testing methods and tools (e.g JMeter)
Knowledge of database related testing
Knowledge of Security related testing
Passion for excellence, new initiatives
Should be a good communicator and capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts and Very sound mentoring skills
Very sound communication skills with excellent written and spoken English
